Just out of curiousity....

Would anyone be interested in having a full featured blog at Interference.com?

It would be something like yourblogname.interference.com

It's an idea I'm mulling over and just wanna see if anyone would even be interested.

The rules of this site still apply to the Journals, especially in regards to the treatment of other members and staff members.

While we are very relaxed about what goes on in the Journals, if need be... we will suspend members from being able to add new entries, or possibly even use the journals at all.

I really think some of the folks here miss the intention of the Journals.

Journals are not about quality, nor are they about amusing/entertaining others... nor abusing them.

I could as easily remove all of the journal stats all together, and then the only way you'd be able to find someone's journal woudld be via their profile or a post they have made. Journals and the stats are an added feature for each member.

Journal's are not to be used like threads,...

Well.. so far I've been really impressed by the amount of people willing and able to help Interference. It's nice to know how much all the hard work is appreciated. Now, while I appreciate everyone's donations no matter what amount, I've been incredibly impressed by the multiple people whom have given $100 donation each... and one person recently that topped the list with a $150 donation. Absolutely amazing!

I've been considering having some sort of 'Silver and Gold' "club"...

Well, I've put the journals back online for now... people were misssing.... Let's just hope the server doesnt slow down toooo much from it.

ok... I know my journal isnt very exciting... it's pure geek.. oh well...deal with it.

Earlier I had mentioned adding a Now Playing image onto my sig that shows what song im currently listening to...

WELL, because I listen to music at home and work, I've re-written the script (which creates the image) to determine if I'm listening to music at work or home, and then list the appropriate song from the computer/location I'm currently at.

While I'm a huge 'pusher' of change, I seem to sometimes find changing things within my own life slightly more dificult. I always seem to weave myself into very interesting situations, especially with work. Like many people, I suppose, I just want to be happy. When it comes to work lately, I'm not happy. Far from it actually. I'm working on starting up my consulting business again though, so hopefully that will pan out. I was raised with business around me, and in my blood, and I just don't like...
