strange news from another star.
i leave europe for a canadian holiday. it might last two months. it might never end.
i have a job in germany that begins in september or october, but we'll see how canada treats me when i get back.
i'm fighting a cold, and my ears have been plugged since december because of my allergies. they're not as bad as they were, but still gross. i dread tomorrow terribly.

for the last month and a half i've had trouble with ear pressure.
terrible ear pressure.
it prevented me from flying home at christmas. far too dangerous.

today, it got better. i'm crossing my fingers it stays that way.
my new medication that i started on monday kicked in this morning.

it turns out this is all asthma/allergy related, and since i'm constantly assaulted with cig. smoke, mold, dust, etc., it's no surprise.

i won't disagree with that.

but i would say that in the last year i've perhaps had more experiences than i'd care to admit.
