Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy i lost again this week


I lost 7lbs


So in total that's 77lbs/ 34.5kg/ 5 1/2 stones

I didn't lose any weiht this week (due to the above) although i would of lost 3 1/2 lbs of fat

I wasn't the only one who didn't lose so i'm fine about it...


Must do a rain dance to get rid of this hot westher

My first weigh in for 2 weeks

I've lost 6lb

That's 70lbs / 5 Stone / 31.75 kg in 15 weeks

The first one of our group who's been on holiday and still managed to lose weight

No weight update this week as i was in Ireland so unable to attend my diet class

Was good and stuck to the diet even though it was hard with all the delicious Irish food & drink in front of me

The good news is i can now fit into a Edun Ladies top although it's still a bit tight(see below)




It actually dawned on me when...

Ok I've reached the end of the Foundation period of 100 days

They guarentee that you'll lose 3 stone / 42 lbs

This week i lost 7lb


That's 64lb / 4 stone 8lb in 13 weeks

I lost 3lb this week

So that 57lb in 12 weeks

But on the bright side that's 54lbs in 11 weeks the most i've ever lost on a diet

Although it's a few days since i got weighed i thought that i better update my journal

I have a good excuse i was in PAris


Anyway i lost 5lbs this week, so that 48lb in 9 weeks
or 21.7 kg or 3 stone 6 lbs or BMI loss 9.4

I'm so proud....althouh a little freaked when a boy at work said i was looking sexy when i went back to work on Friday

Had a surprise today when my sister came around unexpectedly

Jamie was with her and we introduced him to Alfie


Jamie is such an angel, he smiled and laughed at me and he came up and hugged me. Jess says he's not like that with his other aunties

LAter on she sent me a message saying

" We are all saying how well you look, keepit up sis, well proud of you "

I few days late but at this weekd weigh in i'd lost 4bs.

That's 43lb in 8 weeks


And i'm the only one in my class that hasn't cheated

I'm so proud of myself.
