Yesterday my mouth was driving me nuts. I was getting feverish hot flashes and wanted to cry every time I had to speak. Part of my job is being on the phone nonstop and it hurt to talk. ...yep that's me. I have TMJ and chronic joint problems in my right foot which the Dr. calls arthritis. A few weeks ago I did something to my left thumb/wrist and it has not gotten better, despite me favoring it and loading up on ibuprofen. I went to the Dr. to make sure it wasn't actually broken and what does she say? Another area of joint inflammation - arthritis. I can't think of a good name for my puppy. All Phil has offered are really weird names and sports people (I may not know anything about pro sports but I know what's a pro athlete's name!).

The only ones I can think of so far:

• Schuyler (skylar)
• Nikon (like the camera)
• Da'Tara (like the horse!)
• Zidane (don't have the first clue how to pronounce it)

Criteria - must be one or two syllables, must not be too common but not too weird, must have somewhat of a "sharp"...

How many calories per day should I consume if I want to lose 1lb a week? At work I am pretty sedentary but I will be running on my elliptical 50 mins a day 6 days a week (with some other strength stuff for abs and arms) and also walking my dogs 2-3 miles weather permitting.

I made my goal of 15lbs (actually lost 25lbs) and maintained 25lbs less for 5 months. On another forum we are doing our own "biggest loser" so I am on a team (each team's goal is 80lbs) and I am responsible...
