Last night I saw U2 3D with some friends. Lets just say it blew us all away. Just in case you haven't heard a U2 movie just came out in IMAX filmed in 3D. The majority of the footage was shot in South America during the Vertigo Tour.

Well All That You Can't Leave Behind was all that I had until Christmas of 2002. That is when I got the best of 1980-1990. I remember that Sunday Bloody Sunday really stuck out to me. One of my friends told me it was a good song and I finally found out how good it was. New Year's Day also was another song off the cd I grew to love. To this day it is in my top 5 U2 songs all time.

Well it all started a little before the Superbowl. My dad mentioned this band called U2. Next thing you know here they are at the Superbowl and I was just in awe watching the t.v. The dude playing guitar had a cool t-shirt on. The stage was cool and the sound was great. The MLK to Streets gave me tingles up my spine. I got my friend to *cough cough* burn me a copy of All That You Can't Leave Behind with Streets at the end. It was great. That same day we discovered the awesome music videos of theirs...

Last night yet another dream. This time I heard the band and it was great except I had to go to the washroom during Miracle Drug and when I got up the dream ended.

Does anyone else have crazy dreams leading up to a U2 concert?
My dreams so far: 1. I am a fashion consultant who has to go onstage to fix up the band. Bono in a baseball hat isn't pretty. 2. There is a buzz gig in my hometown. I rush downtown to see it and as I pull up they just finish off the show with "Love Comes Tumbling Down" (yes I know, weird song) 3. I am in a skybox but for some reason I can't get to the window to see the show.

I downloaded this yesterday and have to say the intro isn't that bad and neither is the rest of it considering they shaved off more than a minute of the song. The outro on the other hand just sort of leaves you hanging. I think it will do fine on the radio across the world.

Yesterday was both a good day and a bad day as a U2 fan. I received a ticket to the Boston May 26 show. After much searching on the internet I landed myself a decent ticket for face value. It will be my first U2 concert so I am looking forward to it alot!

The bad part of the day was seeing the newest tidbits on the City Of Blinding Lights singles. The DVD should be cool with the live video from San Diego but I can't say I care for the ABOY re-mix. I have it on my computer but I never...
