i have never seen a cat sit like that before... and for so long too. casually hanging out like it's no big deal, he does it all the time look.

Fergus got a "very good" health report from Dr. Clark, who calls him "Fairgus, me lad." He howled all the way there and home (Fergus, not Dr. Clark--haha), and he "only" weighs 15.6 pounds, up .6 from last year. Which is really difficult for me to believe, because picking him up is like picking up a cinder block! Callie weighs 13 pounds (according to her check-up in February), but she's like picking up a feather, compared to The Boy. :-) He got out of the carrier and explored the exam room thoroughly before doc came in and was pretty good, except when they turned off the lights and shined a bright light into his eyes--something new. (I don't blame him!) Had his nails clipped, too, and he didn't much care for that. Doc says that Fergus has some tartar build-up, which he blames on Ferg's mal-aligned jaws, but nothing to deal with yet. And on the way home, Fergus let out a particularly loud and disturbing howl, then pooped in the carrier--fortunately, it was solid! I felt sorry for him; it was almost like he was saying, "I'm sorry, but I gotta go NOW and cannot wait until I get home to my box."

Murphy (8 years old) is almost 20 pounds.
Neo (8 years old) is now 17 pounds (he was higher, but has lost some because he runs with the kittehs)
Smokey (16 months) is 16.7
Jack (16 months) is almost 15

We got big boys.

Personality-wise: Neo would be Larry, Jack would be Bono, Smokey would be Adam, and Murphy and be Edge, hahahaha

I have changed my avatar to one of my favorite "Catfood Chronicles" pictures: "One" -- which was taken some time in February.

My kittehs occasionally leave a "picture" in their catfood bowl and I have been photographing them. Smart kittehs!

Oh, we have Africa, a rocking horse, "portrait of a woman," "Ben Grimm -- It's Clobberin' Time," "I'm Awake, what more do you want???", crescent moon (which is a frequent, haha), cave painting of a horse, and many others.

I'll share more as time goes on, but right now since February I probably have about 20 entries into the "Cat Food Chronicles."
