That is soo soo cute. Especially since you got one cat way after the other and they are not related. Isnt it such a good feeling to know that they get along It's always scary getting a second cat, not knowing if it will get along with the existing cat!

Has anyone ever dealt with cat pee? Marijke (I think) once peed on dirty laundry in the basement for whatever reason. I washed it like 3-4 times, but now whenever one of those shirts is down there uncovered, she pees on it again. I know cat urine has enzymes the cats can smell. For a while it wasn't a problem because we took it as a wake-up call to keep on top of the laundry and also use some sort of hamper system rather than piling it in the basement. Anyway, tonight I decided to wash all those clothes really well so I bought that Nature's Miracle stuff. I also read that plain vinegar works, so I doused the clothes with the entire bottle of Nature's Miracle and a 1 gal. jug of vinegar and then washed it normally in two loads (varying amounts of bleach) and it seems to have worked. There were a lot of products to choose from and I have no clue if the vinegar made any difference or not. Should I stick with Nature's Miracle if it happens again? Luckily, she has only ever peed on these clothes so they are fairly easy to clean. Never on the carpets or rugs. I think the people who lived here before us had dirty cats b/c the basement has always smelled a little off. When I have more time and money I want to coat the floor with Nature's Miracle or whatever product you guys recommend. There's probably old cat pee in the cement which would be why she peed on those clothes on the floor. No UTI or anything.

that looks like my Boomer. Boomer & Oreo turned 4 months old yesterday, today they got some more shots. Boomer weighed 6 lbs, Oreo 6.5lbs. I should have some pics of them soon, current and when they were little babies.

It was so hot and muggy last night, I thought I'd take a cool shower before going to bed. Didn't happen ... the boys were holding a "secrut meading":

Neo likes to burrow -- he gets behind the pillows on the sofa, too. He's a very smart boy -- he can open all the doors in the house (lever handles), so we have to lock all the doors we don't want him in. He can also open a pocket-door we have leading to the "guest suite." Too smart for his own good!

Fergus is our burrower, especially in the winter.

I got a flash and bounce for my camera from my boss. I've never dabbled with flash before so this will take some time, but yesterday I tried some settings on Posh, doing crazy poses on my kitchen table.

She was posing but then moved before the flash recharged
