We can't get streaming on US network websites ( ) but fortunately, the show aired here on CTV as well, and I`m pretty sure you can stream it on that site.

A good site is SurfTheChannel - Home - it has lots of TV shows and movies, and most of them are decent in quality. I haven't watched Lost there, so I can't say for sure about the quality, but it's definitely a good place to check out.
