I think Annie Hall is up next for us (which I saw a long time ago), and I want to re-watch Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Sex But Were Afraid To Ask.
I've seen pretty much all of his work from '66 to '92 except:

Take the Money and Run - '71
Interiors - '77
Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy - '82
Radio Days - '87
September - '87
Another Woman - '88
Alice - '90
Shadows and Fog - '92

After that, nothing. I love Crimes, Hannah, and Annie Hall, Sex was funny - you should also check out Broadway Danny Rose, Love and Death, and Stardust Memories.

How'd you like the other two you mentioned?

I hope you don't hate it. I don't see a lot of horror flicks so don't have a lot to compare it to, and also tend to be more forgiving of movies.

That's actually Ryan Gosling in Lars and the Real Girl, not a Woody flick. He does look like Norton there though.

I was more addressing u2pm with that section and not Fitzy.

Woody is HILARIOUS in Manhattan Murder Mystery. I'd actually seen the ending a couple of times on TV, but never the rest. I laughed a lot during MMM. Woody just made me so nervous and squirmy in that one.

Husbands and Wives was, IMO, really dark. Apart from Woody's character, I thought it was hard to root for, or care too much about, the other 3 leads (Mia, Judy Davis and Sydney Pollack). Sort of like that film "Closer", just unlikeable people that after a while you just want them to get what they deserve.

Maybe I'll check it out anyways. Looks funny.

There may be one for that, Zelig, and Broadway Danny Rose / The Black and Whites.

Ooh, I like that. Though you might want to get to Shadows and Fog first; I think that's the only other B&W (besides Manhattan). It's by no means a great film, but it's a pretty successful, atmospheric thriller with a lot of funny moments. Huge cast, too.

I'll make that my next watch then. I really liked Manhattan, but not as much as you and NSW do - it's definitely the most beautifully shot of Woody's films, from what I've seen.

Zelig and Danny Rose surprised me, btw. I'll write more in my review... which will include my last Scorsese watch, too. I think you'll like it.

28 Weeks later, first 1/2 - 9.5/10, second half 8/10, overall, um...(9.5+8)/2
17.5/2 = ..... 8.75?

I agree, the first 15 minutes is fucking intense! There are a couple of standard stupid horror plot points (stupid fucking kids ) but overall I actually think it was pretty good, just below 28 Days.

I need to rewatch 28 Days Later. I wasn't too crazy about it the first time, but maybe I'd like it better now. 28 Weeks had some horror cliches, no doubt, and that kinda got on my nerves, but it did enough right to cover it up. And no happy ending here.
