I remember there was some interest about HOW to get to the show and back. I've done some research and I'm willing to hire a small bus and driver to get me and 22 of my fellow Interferencers there. The cost for roundtrip to the stadium from a yet to be decided central Wakiki location (maybe a bar beforehand for a drink) will be $22 per person. That includes tip. Since I've got seats, I was thinking about a 6:00 pick-up but that could be adjusted. Is there some interest out there?

Here's the how I see it working - I'll need to get a few strong commitments to pay for the round trip fare right away. Then I'll collect money via PayPal and then send the bus company the full amount. I'll keep a list and then stop collecting after 22 people have paid. To get on the bus, the paid people will need to show picture ID so we don't get any stowaways!

Waiting for your replies . . . I've got 8 right now but need more to feel good about putting $400 plus on my credit card!

If you are not close enough by the deadline please PM me. I'm sure we can fill this thing up with a walk down the beach on Friday or Saturday (I'm surprised it hasn't happened here). I have a rental car but would rather not load up like clowns and deal with the traffic. The bus is a GREAT idea!

Hi Hotpepper,

I could be interested in using the bus for the return journey (6am is way to early to be heading out there!). I'm happy to pay the full fare, and there will be 3 of us.

The only thing is, I could do with knowing by Tuesday this week whether the bus is on (i.e. 21st Nov).

We're going for a 2+ week vacation in Hawaii before the gig, and it may be difficult for me to get on the net after Tuesday night.

Is there any chance you could let me know by Tuesday whether it's likely to be a goer? We're probably going to look at hiring a car if not
