I want a decent yet easy to use program for editing and making videos. It doesn't really matter what format since my camera shoots .mov but I can change them to AVI easy enough. Windows Movie Maker is OK, but I'm wondering if there are programs that will allow me to "crop" video, if that makes sense. For example, I'm making dog training videos for a friend, so I might setup the camera to capture a big chunk of the yard, but want to get closer in on certain segments where we aren't using the entire area on the screen, if that makes sense. I'm willing to pay, but not too much.
