05-03-2008 11:51 PM - PicLens - cool 3-D slideshow browser plug-in
I've been using this free, fast, and easy Minority Report-like plug-in thing for a week now and it's absolutely amazing This explains what it is -
PicLens is a web browser plugin that provides interactive full-screen slideshows of online images and now video with YouTube. The plugin is available for Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. At present, the software is compatible with Google Images, Yahoo Images, Ask.com Images, deviantART, Flickr, Facebook, Live image search, Photobucket, SmugMug, Fotki and any web site that implements mediaRSS <link> tags in their HTML pages.
The software places a small icon in the corner of an image thumbnail(like on a Google images photo) when the mouse moves over it, which launches into a full-screen photo viewer when clicked, but without giving an option to save any of the pictures shown.
The graphic on the home page shows exactly what it does. - (LINK HERE: To view this link you must Register. If you're already a member, Login Here!)
